Service
Cars To Save™ sells digital buyer’s guides (PDF files) and related downloadable content about 80s–00s cars. We do not sell vehicles, broker deals, or inspect cars. When you purchase, you obtain a personal, non-transferable license to access and download the files for your own use.
Purchases, Pricing & Taxes
Products are one-time purchases (no auto-renewal). Prices are shown in EUR and may include/exclude VAT depending on your location.
Checkout and tax handling are processed by [payment processor]. We don’t store card details. Invoices are issued automatically.
Delivery of Digital Content
After successful payment you receive an on-screen download and/or email link. Links may be time-limited or device-limited to prevent abuse.
No Advice / No Agency
Content is for informational purposes only and not financial, legal, or mechanical advice. We are not affiliated with sellers and do not inspect vehicles.
Your Responsibilities
Verify vehicle condition, paperwork, taxes, and import/emissions rules before any purchase. Use the links at your own discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content (text, scores, layouts, graphics) is owned by Cars To Save or its licensors. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly post, share paywalled files, or use them to build a competing product. Limited printing for personal use is allowed.
Do not scrape, bulk-download, share paywalled content, or use the service unlawfully.
Digital goods are generally non-refundable once download/access begins. EU/UK consumers: you may have a 14-day withdrawal right for digital content unless you chose immediate access/download; by ticking the box at checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge losing the withdrawal right. See Refund Policy for details.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cars To Save is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or issues arising from third-party listings.
We may link to third-party listings/resources “as-is.” We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated via email or on-site notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Hungary/EU jurisdiction]. Courts of [city/country] shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer rules state otherwise.

Digital downloads (PDF buyer’s guides)
Refunds are not available once download / access has started. EU / UK withdrawal right: You have 14 days from purchase unless you opted for immediate access / download at checkout; by consenting you lose the withdrawal right.
Defective files: If a file is corrupted or the link fails, we’ll re-issue access promptly. If we cannot restore access, we may offer a refund.
